WE ARE LOOKING FOR TWO RIGHT CANDIDATE WHO CAN MANAGE OUR WELLINGTON WITH RIGHT ATTITUDE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY: • contributing to the planning and review of office services in conjunction with the owner • being responsible for setting priorities and office service standards • allocating human resources, space and equipment in the office • assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff • managing the company records, financials and accounts of the office • liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems • ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in the workplace • have an updated and current knowledge and understanding of relevant government legislation, policies and procedures and ensures the office complies • being responsible for coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients .
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Skills and requirements: Degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing or related fielud.but not essential.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATION OR 1 YEARS EXPERIECE REQUIRED ON THIS ROLE MINIMUM HOURS: 30 MAXIMUM 40 PAY RATE: $29.70 TO $35.00 depend ON EXPERIENCE.
