My client is a highly respected internationally recognised business finance provider; this year being their 32nd year of trading in NZ. We are in search of a BDM. A true-blue hunter who fosters a great network of introducers, excels as a relationship builder and follows through with high standards of service and work output. Your strong business acumen and understanding of finance is sought after. As the main purpose of the role is to generate and convert new business your ability to strategise, following a sales and marketing plan, your ability to deliver financial solutions and ultimately your skill at the close will be required to make every success of this role. First class communication skills and ability to collaborate, common sense and level headed approach with a healthy sense of risk aversion will be strengths you naturally hold. Representing a corporate brand with a genuine "home away from home" intimate team culture within, nothing less than a positive and encouraging way of working will see you fit right in. Supportive management who will give you all the tools for success as well as the space for you to do what you do best.
