About the Role: In this role, you'll be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities in the residential and light commercial construction world.
You'll connect with independent builders, rental management companies, construction firms, and homeowners who need a one-stop-shop for all things trade-related.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to generate and qualify leads, creating opportunities through industry contacts and construction events to consistently grow the sales pipeline Manage and track new business pipeline effectively using digital tools Collaborate with the admin and management teams to whip up winning proposals and turn them into long-term client partnerships Identify new business opportunities by understanding the needs of rental management companies, homeowners, real estate agents, builders, and other trades, while supporting their growth and requirements About You: Demonstrated success in sales, especially in the residential building industry, and you're proud of the business relationships you've built and the targets you've smashed Strong understanding of the commercial, residential, and rental management sectors, particularly within the residential and light commercial markets You're a master of time management and can juggle tasks Your communication skills are top-tier, and you're quick to make connections Integrity, tenacity, and a team-player mindset are at the core of who you are Join a team that's as diverse, hardworking, and fun as they come!
