Business Development Manager

Responsibilities include:
Building and managing a portfolio of customers in the North West of NI
Calling on existing customers on a regular basis, providing quotes, and ensuring that queries are followed up in a timely manner
Producing business plans for customer portfolio to achieve annual sales and margin targets
Constantly seek new opportunities to expand the portfolio and increase margin through prospecting new customers and regaining lost business
Monitoring sales performance and actively levels and produce monthly reports detailing key result areas
Working with Credit Control to ensure customers comply with terms and conditions of trading
Essential Criteria:
Strong communication skills with ability to build long lasting relationships
Previous experience of growing and developing a sales territory
Being self-motivated and persistent with the drive to succeed
Good planning, organisational, and time management skills
