About the position:Prior sales/marketing skills and experience.Based in Auckland Central (not CBD). Heaps of car parking, ideal location.Skills we are looking for:At least 1 year of Business Development ExperienceBe an energetic, active, and confident individual.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and organization. Precise, articulate, friendly communicator.Stay calm about phone calls. Confident and good phone manners and keeping clients engaged with conversations. Be able to follow the cold script.Willing to do meetings with potential clients, mainly via Zoom/Teams or 1o1 if needed.Good at email writing and formal communication.Must be aware of the standard sales processes in place.Basic knowledge of web development, software development, and digital marketing or interest in these areas.Must be available to start immediately.Responsibilities / Role:Extracting leads from the given resources or provided data. Potential leads information be provided from different resources, such as Google SEO, social media marketing, etc.Doing outbound calls to convert the leads to sales systematically.Generating the custom quotes for the clients in conjunction with the director / CEO.Writing custom proposals for the clients (based on the templates provided) according to the specific client project requirements.Sending proposals, quotes, and Terms & Conditions to potential clients. Maintaining a proper record of all data and being organized on that.Following up with the clients, converting the leads to sales. There is a high conversion rate due to our company's high-profile and deals.Assisting CEO / Director with any urgent admin task if needed.
