CNZ Insulation supplies PIR rigid foam insulation board (aka.
Polyisocyanurate; it's okay, we'll teach you all about it) to a wide market throughout NZ.
PIR has excellent thermal, acoustic, and fire performance properties which helps us deliver insulation solutions across commercial and residential projects.
CNZ Insulation is a small Kiwi-owned business with our Head Office in Christchurch.

We are looking for a results-driven, self-motivated individual who understands the concept of "getting things done" and can drive sales and revenue growth through the promotion of CNZ Insulation's products and excellent service.
The role is based in Auckland and may require visits to Northland, Waikato, and BOP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to): Sales & Revenue Generation Identify and build strong relationships Train installers on the proper use and installation of our PIR products Conduct regular visits to Key Accounts Provide on-site support to installers and builders Be across current and upcoming projects Produce quotes and estimates Marketing & Promotion Set up and manage trade events when required Identify and recommend CNZ Insulation products and solutions to clients, including architects, designers, and installation contractors Identify opportunities for CNZ Insulation products to be promoted Operational and Technical Support Utilise computer systems to manage contacts, track projects, and generate reports Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding system improvements Become familiar with our 3PL partner and help manage order processing as required Key Skills To be considered for this role, do you have: Experience in account management, business development management, or similar Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent technical knowledge retention Strong presentation skills Relationship building skills with grit and tenacity Team player A sense of humour Package Competitive salary Company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone Bonus Scheme Excellent work environment and company culture Role is expected to develop into Auckland manager position Why CNZ Insulation We are dedicated to innovation and excellence in the insulation industry, and we already have new products to launch into the NZ market in the coming months.
