The Opportunity We've got a rare chance for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in this newly created role, providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base as well as driving the growth of Gallagher's Land & Water Care product solution across New Zealand. While Gallagher's brand is strong and our products are sought-after, there's still plenty of opportunity to grow and establish long-term partnerships with existing channels while driving channel diversification across OEM and commodity replenishment organizations. Based in or near Hamilton, you'll benefit from our many perks both on-site at our head office, and out on the road, where you'll be engaging with existing and future customers. You'll be responsible for: Driving category growth + retention – growing + developing major account business Identifying, pitching + landing OEM customers Championing your product + expanding knowledge across our wider product solution suite Identifying + cultivating strong relationships with key industry influencers New product launch ownership Strategy creation and implementation Working alongside regional/global BDM teams Working in collaboration with Product Solution leads delivering insights + contributing to business strategy What you'll bring: Strong experience in business development, sales, or product management Skilled in B2B and OEM opportunities Ability to drive growth in technology solutions Experience with Land & Water Care products advantageous A solid understanding of cloud connected technology Why Gallagher?
