About the role
We are looking for a unique individual who is a true hunter that also thrives on leading and coaching others to join our Lending team in Auckland. Reporting to the Head of Lending, you will have full accountability for the management and growth of your loan book utilising your close relationships with third party providers and wider network.
You will be well supported by our credit, lending, admin, and sales teams across NZ. We are a hard-working bunch, who regularly come together and are always willing to lend a hand when needed.
About you
You will be a driven team player and possess:
A proven deep understanding and experience of the technical requirements for development and complex property lending
An established diverse network with strong Auckland wide connections with advisers and intermediaries (accountants, lawyers, real estate agencies, banks etc.)
A proven business development orientation and delivery of results
The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across the wider business
Desire and ability to 'hit the ground running' and add value from day one
Extensive property mortgage finance experience.
