We nurture talent and promote internally.About the roleThe Business Development Manager is primarily focussed on securing future business opportunities within Corporate, Government, TMC and C&E markets, cultivating the current base of major accounts, increasing projected revenues and identifying potential in markets where we are not capturing our fair share of the business.The position manages an existing contracted client base and is responsible to develop new business to increase market share. Key responsibilities include:Develop and grow new and existing accountsConduct external sales calls, on-site client hosting and site inspectionsIdentify and convert sales leadsEffectively communicate client feedback and trendsSkills & ExperienceClient servicing experience is essentialPrevious experience in target driven KPI'sAble to flex and adapt strategy to stay ahead of the marketExperience in Corporate, Government and C&E markets is advantageousKnowledge of the hospitality industry is advantageousStrong written and verbal skillsCollaborative and a team playerSo if you tick the above boxes and enjoy being part of a winning team, get cracking and apply.
