OTE $120-$150K per year | Base + veh + commsThis is a diverse role. You are Accountable to the General Manager for maintaining and growing our pipeline of clients and future work.80% outbound sales and related sales activities20% client relationships and related sales activitiesAbout Us:We're a true family owned and operated security business. We have two unique divisions: Disruptive & Traditional security. They often complement each other, as is the case with the role we're advertising here.We've been experiencing substantial growth across all our service offerings and we are keen to continue the momentum.About the roleWe can't teach attitude or cultural fit. So your interview will be to ensure you have a great attitude and you'll fit within our culture.You will be managing key clients. The guys and gals that are literally shaping NZ's future. And trust our business to keep them moving, everyday. These good folk are constructing roads, clearing land for new homes, building critical infrastructure. And the best part is we deal with those on the ground right through to executives and senior managers. It's a lot of fun building awesome relationships.You will report directly to the General Manager and form part of the wider sales team.What does good look like?KPI's. They're a thing in our business. But for good reason: They set you and us up for a successful working relationship.You will be measured on the following key KPI's:Activity rate (reports, incidents logged, etc)Customer NPS: Ours is 67. This is critical measure for your customers.Cold callsSales growthBenefits and perksExceptional starting salary ($90k-$110k depending on experience)Annual bonus pool of $10k - based on crime prevention metrics and shared amongst your team based on tenureCompany vehicle + fuel cardLaptop & phoneLeadership development programme available for those who wish to progress their career.Background, skills & experienceWe are looking for someone who has the following skills & experience:The right to work in New Zealand.Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
