Business Development Manager - Hynds WaterThrough a strategic approach you will increase revenue for the territory, build relationships with key customers, asset owners, and influencers. Through your extensive knowledge of the water sector, you will identify opportunities for growth and work with the regional sales team to successfully target and win projects and maintenance contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, asset owners, and specifiers in the territory.Implement a successful call plan that will maximize revenue and effectiveness in the territory.Analyze the territory potential and the value of existing and prospective customers.Ensure branches are set up to adequately support the local water market.Implement and maintain pricing levels. Assisting the setting of list prices, discount groups, contract matrixes, BWI price books. Lead pricing of project quotes/tenders.Key AttributesProven Sales Record, experienced in technical products, have a history of success and an understanding of why the success has been achieved.Good base understanding of the market and how market sectors operate.Skills for training and educating our sales network, specifiers, consultants, and industry groups.Excellent technical knowledge and expertise with the products and applications associated with the Water market.Flexibility to travel as required.
