Business Development Manager/Estimator

The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years of experience in construction sales and key account management
Strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret drawings
Expertise in estimating, quoting, and tendering
Sharp commercial awareness and market insight
Proficiency with CRM systems and tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A practical, strategic mindset with strong organisational skills
Business acumen and leadership qualities
Experience with Aconex/Procure DMS (desirable)
Solid project coordination, scheduling, and contract negotiation skills
Attention to detail, resilience, and a problem-solving approach

Analytical, transparent, and ready to take initiative
A full, clean NZ driver's licence and either NZ citizenship or permanent residency are essential, along with a clear criminal record.
