Business Development Manager - Corporate & Guest About Us: The Stay Hub is a dynamic and fast-growing short-term property management company based in Grafton, Auckland. About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Manager – Corporate & Guest to drive business-to-business (B2B) sales within the corporate sector. You will play a pivotal role in growing our client base, expanding our property portfolio, and establishing The Stay Hub as the go-to provider of temporary accommodation solutions for corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Client Focus (Primary): Sales Growth : Acquire and retain corporate accounts through proactive and reactive sales strategies, tailored to client needs. Client Relationships : Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities. Account Management : Provide ongoing support to corporate clients, ensuring the best accommodation solutions are selected and delivered. Viewings & Reservations : Conduct property viewings and manage reservations for corporate clients to ensure seamless service. Networking & Events : Represent The Stay Hub at trade shows and networking events to promote our services and grow the brand. Property Owner Engagement (Secondary): Lead Generation : Engage with prospective property owners, providing detailed appraisals and insights into the benefits of partnering with The Stay Hub. Relationship Building : Nurture relationships with short-term rental owners to grow our portfolio. Market Expansion : Contribute to identifying new geographic markets for expansion, while maintaining strong owner relationships through structured call cycles. CRM Management : Ensure all communications and activities with owners are meticulously documented in the CRM system. Additional Responsibilities: Represent The Stay Hub and its growing family of brands. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for business growth. Other tasks as assigned by management to support company growth. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in property management, hospitality, or a related industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive, self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
