Business Development Manager Control and Measurement Proactively develop and roll out a growth strategy for the Mueller, Singer and Pratt products, brands, and agencies that the business represents, developing new and existing markets and business opportunities.
Providing leadership and support to the distribution network and wider market, ensuring that the company's vision is achieved.
Implement successful call plans that will maximise revenue and effectiveness.
Identifying projects and undertaking a strategic sales approach that ensures sales targets are achieved.
Ensure that quotes and pricing is profitable and competitive in the market, while still maintaining our market leadership strategy.
Manage the sales pipeline and CRM processes for opportunities for the products brands and agencies we represent.
Key Attributes Have a history of success and an understanding of why the success has been achieved.
Excellent technical knowledge and experience in the water industry and ideally with control valves or associated products.
Good written and verbal communication skills to ensure instructions and processes are understood and followed and forms are filled out easily and accurately.
Must have skills for training and educating our business, specifiers, consultants, and industry groups.
Flexibility to travel as required in support of the category.
This is a national role and regular travel requiring overnight stays will be required.
