Pro Waterblasting Auckland, a leader in commercial and residential water blasting services, is seeking an experienced highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team.

We've been serving the Auckland region for many years, helping businesses and homeowners across various sectors maintain their properties with our efficient and reliable water blasting services.
The Role: In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by securing new commercial clients across a diverse range of industries.
You will leverage your strong B2B sales experience, network, and prospecting skills to develop and execute a winning sales strategy.
Responsibilities: Secure new commercial clients quickly across a diverse range of industries.
Develop and implement a proactive outreach program to generate new business leads.
Build strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
Deliver compelling presentations showcasing Pro Waterblasting Auckland's services and value proposition.
Negotiate and close contracts, securing new business and recurring revenue streams.
Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
Manage Pre-Start meetings with clients to discuss the scope of work.
Qualifications: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, consistently exceeding targets.
Experience building strong relationships within the Auckland business community a plus.
Experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a high-energy performer.
Experience with CRM software a plus.
