All About You and the Role
We're looking to expand our market presence and require an experienced Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive to shore up the team. 

You will be responsible for driving new sales within the Asset Recovery & Lifecycle Services Departments by building and identifying new relationships. The role requires the ability to develop a solid pipeline and execute a sales strategy in conjunction with the Head of Sales – ANZ. 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Proactively prospecting new clients and developing strategies to grow the customer base in New Zealand;Building and managing your own sales pipeline by engaging with decision-makers and closing deals that meet revenue and margin targets;Managing clients at all levels and translating client needs into a complete solution;Cultivating relationships with potential clients and presenting tailored solutions;Demonstrating advanced understanding of the local and regional IT market, competitors, and market trends; andInternal and external stakeholder management, working with a broad cross-section of stakeholders including customers, suppliers, technical staff, and industry leaders. Your responsibilities are likely to evolve as we learn and grow together.
What You'll Bring With You Minimum 3 years' experience in IT channel or OEM hardware sales & servicesTenacious and commercially astuteMotivated, goal-oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiatorExperience in a strategic and complex selling environment is preferredStrong problem-solving, analytical and relationship-building skillsConsultative selling skills (ability to understand customer needs and translate them into a business solution by clearly detailing business benefits)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsBe a self-starter with confidence and an enthusiastic approachAbility to build and develop great working relationships both internally and externallyAbility to multi-task and prioritise daily tasksAdvanced Microsoft Office application skills
