The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager - Automation to join our amazing Automation Team.
We have automation machines in many pharmacies around the country that assist Pharmacists with packing and sorting medicines and have the potential for increased efficiency, accuracy, and safety in the medication dispensing process.
As demand for pharmacy automation solutions continues to increase and the complexity of packaging requirements rises, we are catering to these evolving needs.
You will be part of the revolution enhancing patient care and enabling the growing demands of the healthcare industry to be met.
This will involve travel to North Island pharmacies (from Kaitaia down to Taupo/Hawkes Bay). The frequency of travel can vary and some level of flexibility is required. You have a standard sales cycle with overnight travel approximately 1 week out of 4.
You will be selling big ticket automation robots, managing a sales pipeline, planning call cycles and closing deals.
We need a sales guru who has the resilience, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail our customers expect.
You will have/are
An exceptional COMMUNICATOR - you communicate technical information in an understandable and relevant way, you are clear and customer centric.
A RELATIONSHIP BUILDER - you are excellent at building strategic partnerships, understanding client needs and driving customer satisfaction. You can easily build relationships internally and with external industry groups.
A RESULTS DRIVEN SALES professional - with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. You are able to stay motivated and focused, you can close a deal and you are both a "hunter" and a "farmer". You are able to sell a vision and a solution to customers.
A HEALTHCARE ADVOCATE - who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through advanced medication packaging solutions.
