The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, driven and experienced sales person based in Auckland for this full time position. Reporting to the National Sales & Education Manager and working within a team of dedicated Business Development Managers and Educators you will be holistically supported to achieve sales outcomes that contribute to the overall success of ACSG. The successful candidate will have exceptional account management and business development skills and the proven ability to onboard new business. We are looking for a team member with the desire to develop professionally while playing an integral role in the growth and development of the company. Flexibility to travel and work outside of standard business hours is important to the role.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a defined territory
Create sales opportunities for all brands in new and existing clinic accounts
Secure new business through cold calling and lead conversion
Build new and strengthen existing customer relationships
Provide in-clinic training at a very high standard
Provide support and service to clients at a very high standard
Meet sales targets & KPIs
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of AC Brands sales portfolio
Attend events, conferences & seminars
Regional, interstate, and international travel as required, including travel to New Zealand's South Island as part of the territory for this role
Plan and adhere to a monthly call cycle
Reporting and associated administrative tasks
Selection Criteria:
Sales, relationship building and business development experience
Dermal/Beauty therapy qualification and industry experience
Territory management experience
In-clinic training experience
Excellent communication skills, organisation, and time management skills
Desire and motivation to consistently overachieve sales targets and drive growth
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Ability to travel regionally, interstate, internationally, and work outside of standard business hours
Driver's license and reliable vehicle
