The opportunity: Join a dynamic, results-driven team and build strong relationships with our ASB Insurance Managers and other key stakeholders. Your role will be instrumental in supporting the ASB team to maximize new growth opportunities while building strong relationships internally to deliver top-notch support, ensuring there are no barriers to achieving business targets. This role is Auckland-based, and your time will be split between the office and being on the road - a vehicle is included too. Key responsibilities include: Being an AIA brand ambassador both internally and externally with ASB to ensure the brand profile is elevated and key relationships strengthened. Forging influential connections, decoding partner objectives, and discovering untapped growth prospects. Maintaining exceptional service standards, meticulously analyzing sales data, adeptly tackling challenges, and swiftly resolving issues. On your feet thinking as well as strategic, tactical, creative thinking, opportunity identification, coaching, consulting, problem solving, negotiation, solutioning, and being a center of expertise. Ideally, you'll bring: A passion for AIA's product suite and a deep understanding of the insurance industry. Proficiency in coaching for increased performance and managing risk effectively. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. A proven track record in sales and leadership, coupled with financial services experience. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a readiness for flexible travel and hours. This is a permanent full-time role reporting to the National Sales Manager, and it offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the health and wellbeing of New Zealanders.
