Business Development Manager - APAC Xe, Auckland, New ZealandPosted: 2 days ago | Type: In-Office Job | Employment: Permanent | Salary: CompetitiveResponsibilitiesPassionate about new business: Responsible for new business development activities from initial research and prospecting of new potential corporate clients, through to qualifying applications and conducting fact finds, understanding a prospect's business and aiming to solve business problems, and attending meetings to present Xe's products and services as solutions.Business Development Tools: Identifying new business opportunities via a range of valid sources such as SalesForce (CRM), your network, Internet, LinkedIn, company databases, cross-fertilisation of existing Xe clients, press-related journals, referring networks, self-sourced, etc.Creating & building client relationships: Set meetings with prospective clients to find enhancements to their FX processes and help solve business problems.Understanding your clients and their business: Provide a friendly, proactive service achieving an in-depth understanding of the client's business, needs, and requirements to deliver the appropriate service offering.Goal & Target oriented: Achieve targeted number of applications, traded clients, and revenue per month. Use a range of sales processes, including cold calling, to build a pipeline of opportunities.Ambitious & Tenacious: Be highly motivated to succeed, eager to learn within a dynamic, target-driven, and competitive yet enjoyable environment.RequirementsA dynamic sales professional: Strong sales processes and methodology, including a minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales. FX sales experience highly desirable.A strong communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.A sales pro: Excellent sales skills and methodology, including prior experience in a sales capacity.
