We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Development and Sales Support Staff member to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for transforming hot leads into lasting relationships. Build strong connections and fuel our growth by identifying new business opportunities and exceeding client expectations! Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries, showcasing our products and services with enthusiasm. Be the key contact between enquiries and sales. Maintain regular communication with clients. Monitor accounts to anticipate issues and address them before they escalate. Provide support and guidance on product usage, offering tailored, solution-based advice. Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales growth. Actively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging your skills to expand our client base. To be successful in this role you will have: Proven success in solution-based sales, with a flair for new business development. Experience in driving sales leads. The ability to problem solve. A team player and growth mindset. A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that resonate with clients. A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering top-notch service. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivation and proactivity with a focus on achieving sales excellence. Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in CRM software and MS Suite.
