You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and excellence. Your goal will be to maintain client care.Sales & Business Development:Develop and execute sales proposals, tenders, and contracts.Identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Introduce new products to existing clients and expand our market presence.Client Relationship Management:Manage client service levels and foster long-term partnerships.Understand client needs and propose suitable products and services.Serve as the main interface between clients and the company, ensuring optimal service.What We're Looking For:Strong sales ability with excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Client-focused approach with a dedication to meeting client expectations.Exceptional project management skills and a drive for achieving outstanding results.High level of integrity and commitment to excellence.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development.Account management experience is essential.Experience within a financial services industry would be highly advantageous.Join a vibrant team committed to innovation and excellence in financial services.
