Business Development Account Manager

THE COMPANY:

Our client teaches professionals the skills to identify, prevent & de-escalate crises in the workplace. They're looking for a Business Development Account Manager to join their team.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Regional Director based in Sydney, the key responsibilities include the following:

Be accountable for 2024 personal retention and growth target within a range of sectors including, finance, security, banking, healthcare, travel/hospitality

Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives

Be comfortable on the phone and able to develop and nurture existing customer relationships

Identify growth opportunities via phone / social media activity

Manage organisational objectives for the ANZ Sales team

Provide periodic sales team support and processes with larger key clients

YOU:

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary education and experience in a sales role

You will need to beambitious, organised and proactive, who is looking to grow in the BD area

You will have a proven sales track record and effective account management skills

It is essential that you understand the sales process and have excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations

Must be a self starter and be able to meet deadlines consistently
