Business Development Account Manager

THE COMPANY:Our client teaches professionals the skills to identify, prevent & de-escalate crises in the workplace. They're looking for a Business Development Account Manager to join their team.THE ROLE:Reporting to the Regional Director based in Sydney, the key responsibilities include the following:Be accountable for 2024 personal retention and growth target within a range of sectors including, finance, security, banking, healthcare, travel/hospitalityMeet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectivesBe comfortable on the phone and able to develop and nurture existing customer relationshipsIdentify growth opportunities via phone / social media activityManage organisational objectives for the ANZ Sales teamProvide periodic sales team support and processes with larger key clientsYOU:The ideal candidate will have a tertiary education and experience in a sales roleYou will need to beambitious, organised and proactive, who is looking to grow in the BD areaYou will have a proven sales track record and effective account management skillsIt is essential that you understand the sales process and have excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentationsMust be a self starter and be able to meet deadlines consistentlyIf you are an experienced Business Development guru in NZ looking for your next step then we look forward to hearing from you.
