About us Join one of the most exciting new businesses in New Zealand! Reterniti is an innovation in the pet & people memorial space ( and based out of our Reterniti Studio in Waltham, just outside the four Aves. We're looking for an experienced Business Coordinator to become a pivotal, front of house member for our innovative business. Qualifications & Experience We need someone with strong planning and organisational abilities, excellent written/verbal communication skills and empathetic people skills.You will need to have a good working knowledge of office management systems and procedures, pay attention to detail and be a competent problem-solver. You will be an excellent time manager and have the ability to multitask and prioritise work.You'll have proven sales admin, accounts & payroll experience (preferably using Xero) and a working knowledge of customer service and financial procedures (including liaising with auditors and accountants).It is essential that you have experience in reconciling customer payments, end to end accounts payable, credit cards, expenses and bank statements. Experience with receiving inward goods is desirable.You'll have solid computer skills that include a good working knowledge of: MS Office (Excel/Word), Google Workspace, Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Mail.High attention to detail including quality inspection & packaging of completed products.Experience with courier logistics - inwards and outwards & bookings.All potential candidates must currently reside in New Zealand and have residency or valid work permits. Tasks & Responsibilities Applicants will need a mix of skills, meaning; they will be well versed in all things office management, sales admin and accounts and a natural ability to go above and beyond.The successful candidate will be required to be calm, organised and an organiser. They will react with patience and compassion at all times. Duties will include but not limited to: sales enquiries & order inputting, liaison with trade accounts & production team, booking and tracking inwards and outwards couriers & reordering production and packaging items.You will create and track client job cards, manage the Customer Sales Management System and ensure that all records are kept private and secure.You'll be responsible for all accounting/payroll tasks. This will include the processing of accounts receivable and payable, statement generation, month end and year end reconciliations,  GST payments and the processing of payroll.Packaging & organising distribution of finished products.Effective & empathetic communicator – ensuring customers are kept well informed of the process and where their loved one is.Must be able to handle pet and human ashes with care and sensitivity. Benefits A competitive salary of up to $65,000paThis role could possibly be job-shared with another.
