Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)Contract/TempOur client is seeking a Business Change Specialist to join a dynamic fast-paced multi-year transformation programme in the Bay of Plenty! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across two portfolios within the programme, developing and implementing change plans that ensure the successful adoption and sustained utilisation of business models, processes, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, change readiness, continuous improvement, and change communications.What you'll do:Develop comprehensive change management strategies that align to the programme change deliverablesIdentify and engage key stakeholders to build awareness, understanding, and support for change initiativesConduct regular stakeholder analysis to understand their needs and concernsLead the implementation of change initiatives, including the development of change-related deliverables especially the development and delivery of communications, training materials, and support mechanismsMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, using metrics and feedback to make necessary adjustments.Support the design and delivery of training required for embedding change activities.What you bring:Experience within a large enterprise-wide business transformation within large complex settings.Expert-level communication skills to facilitate discussions smoothly while solving problems using professional judgement.Excellent interpersonal skills to build constructive relationships across all levels.Commercial astuteness with the ability to identify and deliver business benefits.Pragmatic customer-focused approach complemented by high empathy levels.Top-notch presentation and facilitation skills with experience presenting to all levels within an organisation and facilitating workshops with diverse groups.Experience leading communications and engagement across complex transformation programmes.This is a global transformation programme so you will need the ability to work outside of standard office hours at times for regional and global connection meetings.This is a Bay of Plenty based role and any candidates who are interested in this role need to be prepared to travel regularly to the BoP.What sets this company apart:Our client is a leading player in their industry, known for their commitment to continuous improvement and customer centricity.
