About the team As a Business Analyst at Xero, you will drive product and customer initiatives within our Xero.com team. The Xero.com is responsible for Xero's global website and the Xeus design system. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers and engineers to develop beautiful experiences for both our customer and internal users. This role will allow you to use your analytical skills to identify opportunities, document process of the domain and systems and outline business requirements while working in a high performing team.
What you'll do Navigate and build networks across Xero to understand how the product fits into Xero's strategy, objectives and future
Contribute to the collation and analysis of customer data to inform product planning
Translate the customer problem into actionable user stories for the team
Support the Product Manager to manage the backlog to ensure it follows the product roadmap and strategy
Support the development and tracking of the product against the product's strategy and the annual and quarterly OKR process
Work collaboratively with the broader product team to ensure an effective launch
Contribute to the monitoring of overall commercial & customer results of the product line, working with other product team members to intervene if required
Provide support between stages of product development to ensure continuity and cohesiveness, and alignment of product to strategy and roadmap

What you'll bring with you Experience with agile processes in a software development environment
Experience in analysing data, providing insight and recommendations
Experience with SaaS product development desired but not a must
Experience in a problem-solving role using critical thinking skills
Demonstrated experience as a valued team member working within teams to deliver customer/business outcomes
