Property Analyst

The Johnson Group is seeking a driven Property Analyst for our medium sized public sector client located in the Wellington region.You will be working in a welcoming, friendly, and busy property and facilities team. You will need to demonstrate that you have:At least three years of previous experience working as a Property AnalystStrong knowledge of the machinery of governmentStrong business planning and analysis skillsA strong understanding of property legislationAt least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong relationship management skillsThis is a 12 months fixed term role with a good package.The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.So do not delay and APPLY today.
