They have gone through exponential growth in the last 5 years and the premium products they sell are admired around the globe. The business is forecast to further double in size in the next 5 years.The RoleResponsibilitiesSitting within the finance team and reporting to the Financial Controller, the Business Analyst will add value to the business with a focus on market support, revenue growth, profitability, business optimisation, and finance process improvement. Responsibilities include:Identify and prioritise the organisation's strategic, functional, and technical needs.Support the Operations and Supply Chain teams to execute ongoing projects.Lead projects and initiatives.Reporting against KPIs for the Board and internal teams.Provide insights through accurate and timely analysis and reporting.About YouTo be considered for this role, you will have proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar, preferably supporting a finance team. The suitable candidate will have strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
