Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity This role will enable you to be part of a step change in our HR and Payroll technology program, at an enterprise level for Beca. Within the team, you will initially be supporting the delivery of critical enterprise system updates, helping deliver one of the technology platforms to enable Beca's second century of growth.
As the bridge between teams, you'll be working as part of a cross-functional team to understand business requirements, with the technical and analytical curiosity to probe and understand the 'so what' with the team. With a best practice approach, you'll be defining needs, capturing decisions as they're made with our implementation partners and working across the project to document end-to-end processes.
You will be key in developing training material and delivering training to system users.
This role is for a fixed term scheduled to be completed on 6 June 2025. You're a business analyst ideally with experience working with HR and Payroll systems. You will have the technical experience and credibility to understand the 'big picture' and break down processes into detail, enjoying the progression from complexity to simplicity. You'll bring your training experience to help aid adoption and help unlock the business value for all the system users.
