Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on working across our 3rd party software products, driving a number of exciting initiatives that will shape the future of our business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our software solutions meet the evolving needs of our operations.
Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various 3rd party software initiatives.Analyse and map current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Work closely with IT and software development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Conduct regular reviews and updates of project progress, ensuring milestones are met.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new software solutions.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user guides.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong understanding of business process mapping and software development lifecycle.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Benefits:Onsite Gym & Access to trainers.Flexible working hours and working from home.Recently refurbished office.Drive for R&D.Ongoing training and development.Access to the latest technologies and partners.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
