Reporting to the Commercial Manager, and as a key part of the finance team, your purpose will be to analyse and report meaningful and comprehensive financial information that can be relied on to drive financial and business decisions across Jasmax.
This process and system enhancement focused role will see you discover solutions and offer improvements to increase project profitability and produce better commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Partner with the Practice Group Leads and Project Architects to identify key financial drivers, produce BI and Excel reports and provide technical and financial analysis insights Develop financial models, carry out benchmarking and process analysis Champion the project management EPR system and be the go-to-person for system related queries and enhancements Provide support to the Finance Coordinators and Project Architects during the month end billing process and resolve any escalated issues Lead process improvements projects across the billing function, revenue and resource functions What we are looking forThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Analyst, or Business Analyst.
A tertiary qualification in commerce and finance Knowledge and experience of financial analysis, billing, forecasting, and information/data analysis Finance analysis experience ideally within the architecture, construction, engineering, or another parallel industry Strong commercial acumen with experience in assisting internal stakeholders in a financial support capacity Strong relationship building skills and ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Someone with an inquiring mind who promotes innovation and change Strong Excel capabilities and experience with ERP systems and BI tools Benefits Located in the heart of Parnell, Jasmax is easy to get to with transport links close by.
