We are currently seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to join our passionate team. The Horizon Energy Group owns and operates an electrical contracting and infrastructure construction business, in multiple locations, and a nationwide heating, ventilation, cooling and refrigeration construction and servicing business, and also operates in the South Pacific. You will join a focused, friendly and supportive team of professionals committed to being successful through continuous improvement.
Reporting to the HRIS Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and support of the HRIS implementation project.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Minimum 5 years experience and/or support of Business Analysis and Business Process focused solutions across a business.
Ability to create and maintain system design documentation and diagrams (UML, ERD, Archimate, etc).
Ability to document systems using industry standard formats and methods (SOPs, interface specifications, functional descriptions, solution diagrams, etc).
Demonstratable knowledge of methods to implement secure systems integrations using ODBC, Web Services (REST, SOAP), OData, FTP and direct file access (CSV, etc).
Demonstratable knowledge of data in relational, JSON, XML and tabular formats (e.g. .csv, etc).
Demonstratable knowledge of contemporary design of data visualisations preferred.
Demonstratable knowledge of the Microsoft Office365 and Azure ecosystem and how this relates to business process automation, enterprise application integration and data integration preferred.
Previous experience working on HRIS implementation and processes is desirable.
Experience in Windows based computers and network systems preferable.
