Korero mo te Turanga - About the Role
We have an exciting, fixed term opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Analyst within the Digital Portfolio Office for someone who has strong all-round Business and Digital experience at a senior level.
You will be working on an important project that is responsible for creating our Service Fulfilment Platform. You will be responsible for all analysis, requirements, and processes to support a successful project delivery.
There may be a need to support other projects as required. In this role, you will:
Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, both virtual and face to face.
Write business and technical requirements to support Use Cases, User Stories, models, and technical documentation.
Mou - About You
To be successful in this role, you will have proven Business Analysis experience in a large and complex environment working on digital projects, ideally from within the public sector.
Our ideal candidate is a team player who is resourceful, has initiative and a proven ability to deliver results. You will be able to work under pressure and prioritise your work.
The successful applicant can:
Demonstrate proven experience in planning and facilitating workshops.
Gather requirements from a range of stakeholders and develop detailed business and technical requirements ensuring alignment with project standards and schedules.
Comfortably deliver to tight deadlines, pivoting as priorities change.
Show a proven history in summarising and presenting complex information in a way that various internal and external audiences can easily understand, both in writing and verbally.
Demonstrate a collaborative mindset with some experience using Azure DevOps.
Provide experience working with Vendors.
