About The Role: Join us in shaping Aotearoa's digital future by ensuring the smooth collaboration between business stakeholders and our innovative digital team. Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, you'll work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather, clarify, and refine business requirements.Translate business needs into clear backlog items and functional specifications.Collaborate with delivery teams to prioritize and validate requirements.Document business processes and system flows in a concise, user-friendly manner.Lead initiatives to enhance communication and improve team collaboration.Skills and Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or software development environments.Proven ability to create backlog items, acceptance criteria, and process flows.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data for decision-making.Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage priorities and stakeholder needs.Exceptional communication and presentation skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.At Tuatahi, we invest in your growth.
