Are you skilled at making sound credit decisions and building strong business relationships? As a Business Advisor Manager, you will use your delegated lending authority (DLA) to deliver timely and quality credit decisions for home loans, personal lending along with business and commercial lending applications while working closely with our partners to structure lending solutions.
Your consultative expertise will guide credit applications and proactively manage expectations, ensuring a consistent flow of quality lending to Kiwibank. If you're passionate about delivering credit solutions and enjoy fostering professional partnerships, this role is perfect for you.
You will be working within a fast-paced environment so you will need to approach challenges with composure and efficiency without compromising on quality.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

Strong practical experience with credit analysis and risk assessment, particularly within business and commercial lending.
Established history of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of financial legislation and compliance requirements within the banking sector.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes effectively.
Passionate about mentoring, sharing your knowledge, and providing guidance to help the team grow and succeed.
