About the role: Century Group is inviting applications from a tertiary qualified accountant to become 2IC to the founder, responsible for accounts & administration areas of the business. Starting supporting the founder in accounts & administration areas of the business, the role may expand into other areas of the business. You would have a minimum of five years of working experience in similar 2IC roles, in similar privately-owned businesses.

This is a new position, a critical / evolving role; where you will be working closely with the founder of the business participating actively in daily activities of the business. You will champion founder's business philosophies internally, and externally.
