Building Site Manager

Tasks of Building Site Manager include

Coordinating and operating plans for sites;
Liaising to clients and other professionals to select/order/prepare timbers and materials;
Discussing with architects, property owners, subcontractors and other staffs to maintain quality of procedures, and prepare drawings and designs;
Monitoring, supervising and instructing staff to carry out and complete projects;
Understanding and enforcing related legislation and standards, and arranging inspections by local councils to ensure site safety;
Estimating the number of staff, type of machinery and materials required according to budgets;
Keeping and reviewing records of materials and workers;Solving problems when it arises;

Skills required

At least three year work experience or equivalent qualification in the building industry;
Understanding of building codes, related legislation and standards;
Knowledge in architecture, methods of constructions, materials are essential;
Team workers;
Good command of English to carry out the assigned tasks
