Your new role The Services Manager, in conjunction with the project team, develops high-level systems and strategies for Building services engineering and management. They represent the Company with respect to services including tender submissions and major project delivery and are responsible for the successful services management and sub-contractors on our major projects. Being a principal company representative on the construction site, the Services Manager ensures safety, quality, cost, and time requirements are adhered to throughout the duration of the contract, including the maintenance period that follows. Skills & Experience This role would suit an applicant with at least 5+ years of commercial main contractor Building Services experience, including any design and build experience and with relevant qualifications. Experience within previous Hospital projects is advantageous. You possess great sub-contractor relationship development and management skills.
