We are looking for an experienced individual and a technical superstar to join our Housing and Business Development Group as a Building Advisory Officer - Technical Lead. In this role, you'll be processing building consent applications, inspecting and certifying consented works as well as providing leadership, development and support in the technical space to help optimize capability in our team. Our team works collaboratively and you'll support your peers with solving problems using your working knowledge and previous experience in our industry. Being customer focused, you'll be a great communicator and bring a positive approach to your work. You'll bring your keen eye for details when reviewing design plans and specifications. Having knowledge of building controls and the industry is key, as well as having the right qualification listed under Regulation 18 of the Building Regulations (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) 2006. Ideally, you will have some great experience in mentoring or leading others too.
