Tyler Wren has partnered with a reputable New Zealand brokerage to search for their next Broker Support, due to exponential growth. They have a strong market presence in Christchurch, specialising in various lines of General and Risk insurance. They have a loyal client base and are known for providing exceptional service across all lines of business. Culture to our client is important; they are a collaborative team and have a collegial environment with good banter.
The role: Providing administrative and supplementary client support as required by Brokers. Processing renewals, invoices, policy updates and new business. Negotiating policy coverage, terms and pricing with underwriters. Preparing new business and pre-renewal reports for Brokers. Supporting Brokers with ad hoc tasks. Skills & experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills. NZCFS Level 5 or equivalent qualification preferred. Previous Broker Support experience essential.
