We are looking for a self-motivated and driven individual to join our Fire and General Support Team in our Auckland or Christchurch office.
The Adviser Support position is an integral part of the Fire and General Advice team and will be responsible for providing support to a qualified Insurance Broker and their clients.
Responsibilities include: Processing Insurance transactions for new businessChanges and renewals for Fire and General clients (Commercial and/or Domestic).
Managing a client databaseLiase with Insurance companies to gather quotes for clientsClient CommunicationsDiary Management To be successful in this position you will have: A positive attitude with the goal of placing our clients needs above all else.
Proven experience working as an administrator in a business office environment.An excellent eye for detail and be well-organised.Workflow management experience, with the ability to follow a process from start to finish.Excellent communication skills across a wide range of both internal and external contacts.Ability to work to time pressure and deadlines.
