Travvia, home to the JUCY and Star RV brands, has an exciting opening for a Branch Manager at our Queenstown branch! We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the branch and workshop, driving efficiency and excellence in all operations. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of all branch activities. Key responsibilities of the role: Oversee the Branch operations including vehicle repairs and maintenance, fleet management, and vehicle bookings ensuring effective and efficient processes and procedures are consistently delivered. Deliver and champion the agreed business plan and strategic objectives within the annual budget, for branch and workshop. Oversee the management of budgets and financial plans as well as control expenditure. Lead, mentor and empower the team to achieve team objectives. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders and colleagues through effective networking and the development of high-value relationships. To be successful in this position you will need: Minimum of 2 years of people management and leadership experience within and across diverse teams. A proven background in driving change - successfully changing systems, processes, capabilities, individual mindsets and culture. Experience in delivering high levels of customer service and leading & positively influencing a high-performing team to achieve this. Proven experience in budget management. Proven success in managing workshops and fleet management. Sound knowledge of vehicle compliance. Vehicle sales experience. Experience in rental campers/cars, tourism preferred.
