Branch Manager - Motorhome & Caravan Dealership Skip to content Nationwide RV has a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual seeking a new challenge. We require a proactive leader to manage our Ashburton branch. As the Branch Manager you will help us to build our brand & maintain our strong reputation as one of NZ's leading motorhome and caravan dealerships.Currently we are the NZ agents for two motorhome brands, Auto-Trail out of the UK & Rollerteam out of Italy. Both brands are well received in the NZ market due to their quality & continual innovation.As the Ashburton Branch Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing a workshop team, driving motorhome and caravan sales, following leads, liaising with customers and ensuring customer needs are met wherever possible, building a strong foundation of industry-related knowledge, lodging warranty claims and communicating with members of staff across all three other Nationwide RV branches. Nationwide RV offers a competitive base salary, company vehicle plus commissions paid on vehicle sales & specific products sold as part of individual vehicle sale deals - your financial potential is in your hands! This is a fulltime role from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 4.30pm, also you will be required to share Saturday work with other Sales staff at your location, hours 8.30am to 4pm.Essential Skills, Attributes & Experience:• Attention to detail, management & leadership experience• Sales & marketing experience• Solution driven• Competent computer skills, proficient in MS Office programs• Time management skills• Pricing and estimates• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal• Ability to professionally manage all forms of customer interactions• Understanding of NZ Health & Safety Regulations• Current class 1 drivers' licenceOther skills, interests or knowledge that would be of an advantage:• Auto Electrical • Mechanical • Building or Joinery • 240V electrical • Gas Regulation • Plumbing• NZ vehicle compliance • Passion for the outdoors & the travel/recreation industry• Current class 2 drivers licence• First aid certificationIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
