Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)Store Rite Logistics is on the lookout for a Branch Manager for our Dalgety Drive Logistics site based in Wiri in South Auckland.Founded in 2002, Store Rite Logistics has multiple sites throughout NZ and is looking to continue to grow through the regions. Our Dalgety Drive site is our single largest site in Auckland and also where our support office is based.As a hands-on Branch Manager of our mother ship, you'll wear multiple hats—strategist, leader, and problem-solver. You will ensure smooth operations happen each day and be driven by delivering strong financial results week after week, meeting and exceeding targets.Your role will be hands-on operational, spending the majority of your day leading from the front on the shop floor. You will need to understand a P&L and what makes it up, so previous financial accountability is a must.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing daily operations ensuring orders are picked on time and in full.Keeping everything on the site on track and running smoothly.Monitoring costs and improving efficiency.Implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and boost margins.Ensuring compliance is adhered to.Keeping the branch fully aligned with health and safety to optimize performance and ensure seamless service delivery.Being the driver of continuous improvement.Here's what you will need to be successful in this role:Previous branch management experience.Strong financial acumen.Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, and cost control—you'll know exactly how to boost profitability without compromising quality.Exceptional skills in building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service every time.Reporting to the Auckland Regional Manager, this is a key role in our organization as it drives our largest branch forward.In the first instance, please send your CV and application letter to:How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Logistics Manager?Are you willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?
