Branch Manager - Invercargill

Invercargill represents a key part of AWF's strategy to maintain its position as NZ's leading provider of labour-hire and permanent placement services to key regional centres throughout the country. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, or Account / Relationship Manager to lead our Invercargill branch.

The role: Ideally, we'd like you to have a good understanding of the economy in Invercargill, and the down-to-earth nature of its people. Knowledge of the civil sector would be advantageous but we're more focused on finding someone who can engage and maintain current relationships, as well as focusing on growth in this space.
As Branch Manager, you will:
Lead by example, supporting and motivating your small teamSeek out, win, and maximise sales within existing customers, but also through expansion of our client base into additional sectorsBuilding and maintaining relationships with new and existing clientsMeet financial and cash flow targetsPromote company driven key initiativesEnsure Health and Safety compliance is maintained to company and client standardsIdeally have minimum 3 years' leadership/management experienceExperience within recruitment, running a successful small business or a branch of a national entity will be highly regarded.
