Branch Manager

We are looking for an outstanding, experienced manager to bring their leadership and expertise to our switchboard manufacturing company situated in Te Rapa, Hamilton.  You will be part of New Zealand's leading manufacturer and supplier of industrial and commercial switchgear.
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong electrical back ground with in depth knowledge of switchgear products and processes.  Your leadership skills will be critical for the growth and efficient running of the branch producing quality products and taking the branch to the next level by growing the organisations presence in the wider Waikato region.
You will have overall responsibility and supervision of the estimating process, including preparation of quotations and tender documents.  You will need to be skilled at client and project negotiations along with exceptional inter personal skills to lead the team ensuring appropriate staff levels are in place at all times to manage the production process and ensure all jobs are manufactured to customer requirements on time and within cost.
