The role provides a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week and will pay between $30-$41 per hour (depending on your level of experience).
Your core tasks will include: Managing our Queenstown branch Developing policies and projects Promoting our business Training and managing staff Other associated tasks Weekend work, early mornings, and late nights may be required, so flexibility on working hours is essential.

What We're Looking For: As a seasoned Branch Manager, you will need to have a minimum of at least 2-3 relevant years' experience working at a comparable recruitment company in the blue-collar space.
Ideally, you will also possess: A passion for cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and staff.
Alignment with our values and a seamless fit into our vibrant culture.
A valid driver's license (full or restricted).
Accountability, a can-do attitude, and a genuine concern for health, safety, and wellbeing.
Expertise with Microsoft Office, Excel, and recruitment software/CRM.
