In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch operations, including providing strong leadership, managing staff, developing business opportunities, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Have you been working in a senior position for a tier 2 contractor and are looking for an opportunity to take the reins and grow a business, shape the future, and play a crucial role in overseeing operations, managing projects, and building relationships within the community?
Successful projects have spanned; earthworks, structures, roading, streetscape and three waters!
About the Role: Lead daily operations of the branch, including project delivery, budgeting, & resource allocation.
Manage teams, oversee project performance, & drive operational efficiencies. Improve systems and processes.
Build strong client relationships & identify opportunities for growth in the market.
Work closely with the Business Director to build & develop relationships & the brand reputation across the region.
Project programming, cost & quality control, procurement, & supplier engagement.
Ensure Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental processes and requirements are top of the industry!

Salary band from $170 - $200k per annum depending on the experience you bring.

Essential bits I won't look past: Extensive Senior Management experience in NZ Civil Infrastructure.
A proven track record of leading teams to successfully deliver projects.
Proficiency in construction management software & Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent safety record from previous projects.
