Reporting to the Regional Retail Manager, your key focus will be: Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to sales success Collaborating with the team and be a "hands on" leader to help them achieve results Delivering on agreed objectives and KPIs You'll concentrate on managing budgets, P&L, and financials, taking responsibility for achieving personal and team-based result and seeking continuous improvement.
